Mr. Michael Cashin – President
As President at RELCO, Mike brings more than thirty years of experience in the construction industry, having successfully delivered projects valued at over $700M both locally and nationally. He leads the RELCO team with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and excellence, ensuring the successful execution of every project. His expertise spans a wide range of verticals, including Higher Education, Corporate TI, Banking, Life Science & Technology, Healthcare, Hospitality, Multi-Family Residential, Warehousing, Cold Storage, Restaurant, and Retail. Mike has worked with prestigious clients such as MIT, Harvard Business School, Brandeis University, Bank of America, Sovereign Bank, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and many others. Under his leadership, RELCO has continued to thrive, building a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Merrimack College. He resides in Norwell, MA with his wife and three daughters. In his free time, Mike enjoys playing hockey, golf, fishing, and skiing.
Mr. Joseph Fannon – Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance at RELCO, Joe offers over thirty five years of accounting and financial experience in the construction industry. He oversees and directs all of RELCO’s financial policies and is responsible for all financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and job cost analysis and tax planning. He is also responsible for maintaining all relationships with the company’s bank, bonding company, insurance company and outside auditors. Joe works closely with RELCO’s project managers to bring each project to a successful completion.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bentley College and is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association.
