Mr. Thomas B. Aborn – President
Tom assumed the role of President in 2019, after previously serving as Vice President of Estimating at RELCO. One of RELCO’s first employees, Tom offers nearly thirty five years of construction industry experience.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology. His professional experience encompasses the involvement in multiple projects with extensive experience in hard bid, design builds, and conceptual estimates as well as value engineering. His experience spans from large pharmaceutical projects to corporate, residential and retail/restaurant markets.
Mr. Joseph Fannon – Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance at RELCO, Joe offers over thirty five years of accounting and financial experience in the construction industry. He oversees and directs all of RELCO’s financial policies and is responsible for all financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and job cost analysis and tax planning. He is also responsible for maintaining all relationships with the company’s bank, bonding company, insurance company and outside auditors. Joe works closely with RELCO’s project managers to bring each project to a successful completion.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bentley College and is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association.
Mr. Michael McSheffrey – Vice President of Operations
Mike has over 46 years in the electrical industry. As the chief field manager he takes pride and initiative in being a fair and open minded manager. His responsibilities entail all aspects of supervision for the entire field of RELCO including daily scheduling and management for RELCO’s four office locations. Mike believes in continued education and oversees our “Best in Class” leadership training programs. Mike holds his master’s license in the electrical, communications, security, and fire alarm fields in six states and maintains certifications in OSHA-10, OSHA-30, Aerial lifts, Hilti, and Ramset.
Mike places a major emphasis on safety. He oversees our successful safety awards throughout many states.
Mr. Gregory J. Waters – Vice President of Project Management
Greg is a licensed journeyman electrician with over thirty five years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career as an apprentice evolving to a top foreman and is currently overseeing RELCO’s project management department.
Greg is responsible for managing RELCO’s project managers at all office locations as well running his own large-scale construction projects. His daily tasks include the development and execution of multiple projects including planning, scheduling, purchasing, safety, cost control and communication with RELCO’s field teams.
