Ensuring our teams return home from work every day safely is our highest priority.
Our goal is to have incident and injury free worksites every day, every year. Documented pre-task planning, job hazard analysis, personal protective equipment (PPE) and high visibility gear are mandatory practices we enforce every day, on every job, to identify, control and prevent incidents.
Our training programs start and end with safety as we continue to teach and to ensure strict OSHA compliance through all of our projects and office locations. In addition to the specialized monthly training and job specific safety orientations, every field employee must participate in weekly “Tool Box Talks” further stressing the importance of job site safety.
RELCO is a proud member, and in good standing, with numerous third party pre-qualification organizations that review and verify our financial, insurance, Experience Modification Rating (EMR), historical incident data, and safety management programs.
