A registered LEED for Homes, full energy efficient renovation to the only existing three bedroom, 2,400 square foot residence located on ten acres across the tip of the western shore of Nantucket. Team RELCO installed a lightning protection system, generator, switchgear panels, sauna tubes, energy efficient light fixtures and battery bank inverters. Technicians also wired a silent vertical axis wind turbine and solar panels. RELCO’s field crew overcame the challenging daily commute to the remote island and exceeded project demands.
