A complete renovation of 216,000 square feet of space for an office, research and development and manufacturing facility. RELCO designed and installed the electrical components including a new 4,000 amp, 277/480 volt service, unique NEMA configured cord caps, high-bay T5 fluorescents and a new addressable fire alarm system. RELCO utilized its strong buying power to obtain specified equipment as well as its in-house prefabrication fast-track team to meet the demanding project schedule.
