Ground-up construction for the 115,000 square foot, LEED Gold Certified, four-story academic building featuring 950 instructional seats in 16 technology rich classrooms, 25 high-tech group study rooms, a café, a commercial kitchen, a two-story Great Hall, offices and courtyard. RELCO completed all electrical components including a state-of-the-art lighting package, lighting control dimming system and emergency generator.
