Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Massachusetts presented RELCO with the Silver Safety, Training, and Evaluation Process (STEP) award at the 14th annual ABC/GCI Safety & Training Education Dinner held May 17th at the Burlington Marriott in Burlington, MA. RELCO’s Cameron Otis, electrical apprentice, accepted the award along with Jamie Hebert, RELCO Corporate Safety Director.
STEP is a national ABC program that provides safety benchmarking and improvem
ent tools that has been shown to dramatically improve safety performance among participating companies. Established in 1969, STEP was developed and written by contractors, for contractors.
